SHELBY, MI | 2021 Chevrolet EquinoxAugust 6, 2025I was able to schedule my 2021 Equinox for a routine oil and oil filter change and tire rotation in a timely manner despite the Meyers Service Department being overwhelmed with appointments for vehicle maintenance needs. The work was completed in less than an hour after the scheduled appointment time of 2:00 PM. and it was done in an efficient manner. The Service Department Tech Nick also explained that, while there was no pressure to take immediate action, the front brakes on the Equinox will need to be considered for replacement by the next oil change or two. I called Nick in the Service Department and he scheduled an appointment for me at the earliest possible date and time. The service technician replaced the entire brake assembly in a matter of only about 6 hours and I was able to get my vehicle back on the road in the same day.
