SHELBY, MI | 2016 Chevrolet Malibu LimitedSeptember 18, 2026When I began to hear peculiar scraping-like sounds in or around the left rear brake system of my 2016 Malibu, I became concerned and called the Service Manager at Meyers Chevrolet who was concerned enough to schedule an appointment immediately. He was especially concerned because his Service Department had replaced the brake system quite recently and that resolved the problem that I had at that time. The Service technician took the vehicle for a test run and discovered that the brake calipers were worn out. He replaced them and the strange scraping sounds disappeared. I was grateful for the way Art (Service Manager) treated my situation with a sense of urgency and the timeliness of dealing with the problem.Response from Meyers Chevrolet
