Behind the third row, the Suburban offers 41.5 cubic feet of cargo space, expanding to a massive 144.7 cubic feet with the second and third rows folded down.

Higher trims include perforated leather seating surfaces, heated and ventilated front seats, heated second-row captain's chairs, and power-folding third-row seats. Tri-zone automatic climate control comes standard, keeping the entire cabin comfortable.

Performance and Engine Options

Most 2025 Suburbans are powered by the proven 5.3-liter V8 engine, which produces 355 horsepower and 383 pound-feet of torque. A 6.2-liter V8 engine with 420 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque is available on select trims for maximum power. Both V8 engines feature Dynamic Fuel Management, Direct Injection, and Variable Valve Timing for enhanced efficiency.

A Duramax 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder turbodiesel is also available. It generates a robust 305 horsepower and 495 pound-feet of torque for excellent towing capability. Paired with a smooth 10-speed automatic transmission, each powertrain delivers a refined driving experience. Choose from standard rear-wheel drive or available four-wheel drive for added traction.
